| I have no idea what it is, but I understand your concern. I'm am an overprotective mom, I know. But the dizziness is something that would freak me out. If they were mine, I'd take both to the emergency care clinic. Please keep us posted. |

| Sounds worrisome for sure. How are they acting otherwise... when they aren't puking? |

they eat and play fine I didn't really worry until Koa fell over today but then again I don't know what would make them spontanously throw up and it is just yellow liquid coming up |

From what I understand yellow foamy vomit indicates the dog's tummy is empty. How often are they being fed? |

You might try giving them 1/2 cup three times a day. They are still pups yes? Are they puking at any particular time of day? Say in the early morning or late at night? |

Yes, try feeding them more often, not more, just more frequently. Make sure they get plenty to drink so they don't get dehydrated. The dizzy spell could be due to low blood sugar (lack of food) or dehydration. I'm not a vet, so if you don't see a change within the next day or two consult your vet. Are your pups utd on vaccinations? |

Keep us posted to any changes. I'm fairly certain they just need to eat more frequently though. Make sure you are feeding a high quality food also. Bijou has never vomited the yellow puke cause I leave some dry kibble out for her 24/7. It takes her days to empty her little bowl, but it is there if she gets hungry between meals. Many don't believe in free feeding and I will probably stop once she reaches maturity. |

what worries me is that they are both throwing up...is there any way that they might have gotten into anything? even certain kinds of mulch can cause problems if they ingest it. I hope that it's just that they need to eat more often...which is what throwing up bile usually means for dogs. I hope they feel better soon. let us know what happens. |

Hmmmm. Our min pin had 2 seizures when he was alive, and both of them were prefaced with a small, foamy barf session. Then he would just sort of fall over to the side. Neither of them lasted long, but I could tell he was sort of "out of it" for a little while after. But if both of them are doing it, I'd definitely go to the vet. I can't imagine both of them having seizures that came on at about the same time, but stranger things have happened. Have you put any flea/tick stuff on them lately? That could definitely cause it in both of them if they're sensitive to the stuff you're using. |

Hey I understand, there are many good reasons NOT to free feed.
Bijou was so tiny when I got her, the vet said to feed her quite frequently or leave out some dry kibble and let her eat when she was hungry. With all my other dogs I fed three times a day when they were tiny pups, then at six months I switched over to twice a day and at one year they got fed once a day. These were all large breed dogs though.
Free feeding also makes it difficult to potty train, but luckily Bijou was already started on litter box training so I chose to continue with that without worrying she would need to go poo while I was gone.
