I have an excellent recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip. It is always a hit and requested recipe. In fact, I just took it to a party on Saturday night and a lady called me this morning for the recipe..... Here goes.... 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled in water, drain, cool and shred In crock pot mix in: 1 bottle Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce (gold colored label) it has a kick but isn't too hot 1 room temp brick of cream cheese 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing or bleu cheese dressing 1 8 oz. package of shredded mozzarella cheese shredded chicken breasts Mix first four ingredients and then add chicken to it. Heat on low for a couple of hours to warm thoroughly and meld the flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.....YUMMY.....everyone likes it but the guys especially go for it. I even use the reduced fat dressing and cream cheese.....still great! ENJOY! Lynn |

Mmmmm Lynn, that sounds good, I will make that for my dad! I think he will love it! Since he can't really eat red meat too much anymore, but he'll be able to eat chicken. |

Ratastic is right about the Chicken Wings! All of my guys go crazy on wings! The sauce that I use is called Budweiser Wing Sauce ( mild& Tangy) They have a hotter version. It's @ Walmart. It's the closest thing I found that taste like the chicken wings you get when you go out. |

Tacos are always good... what I do is get some refried beans, brown some ground beef with taco seasoning, and layer it in a shallow dish... with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, olives, gaucomole (or however you spell it) sour cream, salsa...and anything else ya like, really... and just dip corn chips in it... |

I ended up making a bunch of meatballs and putting them in bar-b-que sauce. We do wings all the time here. I made the 7 layer dip with it and it was perfect for Sat night. Sat night we put 2 pork shoulders in the oven at like 9 pm and cooked them on 250 til 9 am then had pulled pork sandwiches with cole slaw on top with whatever sides anyone brought. Perfect!
These recipes are awesome and since it's only the beginning of football season I have a feeling I will use them all! |
