Yep...I'll probably just drive up saturday morning then come home that evening..its only a couple hr drive.
But, I LOVE to camp..but, am a lil nervous about camping alone in my tent...Bogie would try to protect me..as much as a 14 lb rattie could anyways LOL |

Ok, I m going to put it out there. Our cabin sleeps 4 adults. It will just be my husband and me, and our 4 ratties.wE WILL HAVE TWO BUNK BEDS, AND A FULL SIZE, IF ANYONE ELSE WANTS A BED TO SLEEP OVER. yOU DO HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS THO. The cabin has heat and air also.

I am coming to the Jamboree!
I am flying out from Seattle WA-crazy huh?
I will be coming on my own-no dogs or family but sure am looking forward to meeting everyone there!
I know Kathy Young, our WA and TX state coordinator is flying out too.

We'll be camping at the KOA...in an RV. Hubby and me and our two rattie boys...and possibly a foster dog if we have one at the time. All of us staying at the KOA will have a short commute to the event site.

| I just made my reservations at the Day's Inn. Planning on me and Dillon coming, he'll have to miss a day of school. Not sure about Bailey yet. I asked the lady on the phone if they were giving discounts for the rat terrier jamboree and she hadn't heard about it, but she gave me a discount. Yay! She said she had a rat terrier but it died not long ago. Can't wait to see everybody. |

I think I get to go! I am so excited! My hubby just rolls his eyes and says No usually, but I told him I want to go without him. I'm hoping I can bring my oldest daughter so she can help me with Tinkerbelle. If it's just me, I want to stay in a hotel, but if my whole family comes, we might try camping. We've never camped before, so this sounds scarey to me. Anyone else camping in a tent at the campground?

Sarah, I'd LOVE to, but with 6 dogs, how do I decide who goes and who stays?? LOL... not to mention the cost (and the guilt!) of boarding the ones who don't go!

You don't have someone to watch some of the kids? I have 4 of my own and then 2 foster babies at a time so I hear ya about boarding. Hubby will be staying home and I will be bringing one of my own and one foster kid.

 No. I think a meetup would be great for him just one not so big. He still shows teeth to other dogs his size or smaller and shrinks down to dogs bigger than him. I just feel like he be a bit TOO overwhelmed. But Morgan mentioned ( hopefully) a NC meetup maybe in May and he'll definitly be going to that! So we decided it would be a good time to have him neutered. That way Emma and Apollo will be gone and he can just rest. Brad will be here and you know I'll be calling every 30 minutes to check on him. But, I promise to bring you LOTS of pics of him Paul. Other than the issues mentioned above he is doing really well though!
