This is so exciting! I have to leave some of my girlies at home as they are in season but me and the prego dog and Maggie and Simon are planning on coming out!! if I leave by 9 and give myself an extra hour for traffic and getting lost I might even be there in time!
JUST IN CASE: Does any one have directions from I-5? I am not exactly sure where 520 is. |

So glad to hear that you are going to be able to make it. The drive should be pretty straight forward for you once you get on 520. The park is right off the highway. Let me know if you have any further questions on how to get there. Can't wait to meet everyone who is getting to come out and join us.
From going north on I-5:
Take exit 154 I-405 N to Renton/Bellevue
Take exit 14 WA-520 East to Redmond. The 520 exit will be right after you pass the downtown Bellevue exits.
Take W LAKE SAMMAMISH PARKWAY NE exit.
Turn RIGHT onto W LAKE SAMMAMISH PKWY NE / WA-901
Turn Left onto Marymoor Way

Hurrah! Thanks for good directions as I do get lost easily!! In my excitment I forgot that prego dog is due on the 5th!! So she will be staying home either to have her pups or take care of the ones she has had. So probably only Simon and Maggie will get to come unless one of the puppy girls is out of heat and that would maybe be Choklit.
A friend from my ceramics class, Scot, traded me phesants and guinea hens for one of my pups(Chester) this spring and he is also interested in meeting other rattie people. Chester's name was changed to Zeb, so if I talk about the wrong dog may be you can understand what I mean as I get all mixed up.
I can't remember who all has A's and who all has B's. Mine are mostly all A's, but I am not sure about Choklit, but she is a pet also and has a tail too. The rest of mine are all docked but I am not docking any more pups! Sorry about me rambling on but I guess I am just excited and so glad to be able to meet you. |

| YAY Im glad that the park is pretty close to my parents house or I would probably get lost. I dont know the area that well. The only place I really know how to get there is Redmond Town Center!!! Im just glad I dont have to take the freeway they are kind of scary there and I get all mixed up with directions cuz Im used to being able to see moutains to know witch direction Im going. My mom has lived there for two years and still gets confused sometimes! |

The park is pretty close (20mins) from my parents house too. There are some areas that get confusing, but I've lived there my whole life so I've pretty much got it down. If not I can use deductive reasoning to figure it out.
I can't wait to meet everyone that is going to be able to make it out there. I'm glad everything has worked out and we are going to be able to get the pups together. |

| This will be so fun! I have been telling Maggie about it and she is excited too. She loves to go in the car. Simon does not like it as much but he is getting better about being car sick so maybe it will be fun for him too. |

| Totally understandable. Maybe if there was face paint involved, that would be a bit premature. I think I will be heading over Wednesday or Thursday, not sure yet. I haven't been home all summer even though it's only 2 hours aways. Can't wait. |

| Im taking him to the vet sometime this week to get his bordatella and a health certificate so Im going to ask them what the best thing to give him is if he freaks out. I heard Childrens benadryl is good but I will ask the vet just to make sure I give him the right dose. |
