Sandi...I belong to the Austin rat-terrier meetups.com group..it's not real large. I think their next meetup is this Sunday at 1pm at Bull Creek Park. I wanna go but I'm not sure if I can or not...my best friend is in town from Nashville so I might be having lunch with her. BUT...I think it would be fun if we choose another time soon and you and me and Sara could all meetup somewhere.  |

| I will be going to Austin May 9th, to pick up my new puppy, Remington. I am not sure when another meetup is, but you are welcome to meet with Sara, me and maybe Nat. It just depends on timing. |

| I told Sara we should all try to together. I think she said something about lunch also. I just got back from her house taking care of the pups. You are going to be so pleased with Remi...he is sooooo sweet. I dint work so that day is good for me. |

Wow, I wish I could have set my flight up for the 9th, but there was nothing available given my location, etc. I will be in Austin on the 8th to pick up Aka {the sable male } I arrive at like 11:20 AM and then turn around and fly out at 3:35. I guess it would be much to do back to back lunches but it would be fun. Poor Sara, she is going to be running to the airport alot those 2 days.
She is such a neat person, I have greatly enjoyed my talks with her. I'd love to meet all of youm but realize it may not work out. Anyway, think of Donna and I and our new fur babies as we fly all over!!

I have changed the day I am getting Remi, to the 10th, because Sara could not get off on the 9th. I want to meet her in person, and we plan to have lunch together. I am flying there on the 8th, but not driving to Austin til the 10th. I have family there near Dallas. It is about a 3 hr drive to Austin. I plan to leave around 9 am, getting there around noon. I will be in Texas til the 15th.

Cool Sandi, I have 4 kids, Justin 23 in the Navy, Jason 20, Bridget 18, and Joshua 15. I need to bring pics of everybody. Too bad I could not bring my two big ratties. Remi is going to be so little, next to ya'lls ratties! Maybe we could go to that park Nat was showing us. |

I will be getting to Texas on the 8th, at DFW. I have family near there, so I am making it a family visit too. I am driving to Austin from Dallas on the 10th. So Sara does not have to go to the Airport again. |

Thank you both for your kindness! I'm glad Sara doesn't have to drive so much and while I would love to meet Sara, I understand if she can't make it, I don't want her to have to lose work time/ pay etc. She is so neat.

Yes..she is talking about Chuys. Soooo good. Her houses is easy to get to.

| Cant go to Texas without Chuys!! I am helping Sara take the girl pup to the airport Monday. I will also help her with the others if she needs. I can hear the cry now on the plane. The first night I had Gracie she cried ALL night. The cries would start and turn into a howl. I feel sorry for the other passengers on the plane. |
