you guys always talk about meetups, it seems like youre all pretty close! I'm in NC kansas, wondered if we had any members that were close enough for a meetup in the future?

| I'm in Wisconsin which isn't very close. I can't remember if there is anyone close to you. We have someone in Nebraska and one in Kansas for sure. |

| We're about an hour:45 from manhattan and visit pretty regularly. Unfortunately my weekends are all gone until sept. We well have 4 days off during the week tho when school is out and we plan on traveling alot. I'm going to start taking rocky on short car trips right from the beginning so he gets used to traveling, we're headed to WA state this summer's end |

| I live on Long Isand, NY and am looking to meet another Rat Terrier owner for a doggie play date. I just joined this sight and am not sure how to add pictures. Anyone from Long Island or willing to travel? I have a 9lb female rat terrier sweet as can be!! She is so awesome. She is a bit timid due to health problems early on. We had some sad vet problems in the beginning, but she pulled through and is the best pet I have ever owned! |

Hi mmazza, I have a 12 year old boy rattie who is somewhat timid at times, but bold at other times. He had a few health issues early in his life, like swallowing a sewing needle with 12 inches of thread on it and having ot have surgery. Gese, I only turned my back for one minute. These little dears are so busy and active. Mooch and John and Connie live in Patchogue. Where are you at? Mooie just lost his best friend Penny to heart disease and he is very lonely. Maybe we can play together. |

I am in Miami. So you are not alone maybe we can meet sometime. My Ratty hasn't been around a lot of other dogs. But he did play with the neighborhood dogs in North Carolina with no problems and my ex in-laws dog used to stay with Ratty and me alot and he never had any problems with them. I want another Rat terrier but really wonder how Ratty would do with another one. Maybe we can get my pup and yours together and see how they do. Please contact me.

| M.J. I just posted a new thread looking for Southern Louisiana members for a possible meetup in the Spring/Summer time of next year. I figured it would take us a while to get to know each other and get through the holidays before anything could happen. Go look for the Louisiana Meetup thread and if it is at all possible to have a meetup we surely can. |
