i uunderstand...but I know its close for you....
Ratbone Rescues have been trying to rescue two female ratties from Portsmouth. They were looking for open fo0ster homes to take the girlys until adopted. There is information about the process of becoming a foster parent on their website...www.ratbonerescues.com
basically its a home visit, references , vet records etc...
they are an AMAZING group of people totally dedicated and committed to saving rat terriers!!! |
