I have been talking to Caesar & Julia's Mom about having a Ratty meet-up in Omaha. I wanted to find out if anyone else would be interested and if so what would be a good date for you all?
Here's the dog park info that I was thinking about: Hefflinger Dog Park. Omaha's 1st Off Leash Dog Park. Hefflinger Dog Park is completely fenced and features the All Dog complex approximately 5 acres. The accompanying small Dog/under 30 pounds complex is 2.5 acres. The small dog side allows for smaller dogs to run safely with out interaction of the larger dogs. Please remember to bring water. Location: 111th & W Maple Rd. Directions: I 680 to Maple West to 111th then south into the park.
But if there is another park that someone else knows about that would be better for a meet-up let me know.

Yay!!! I hope we can get something started soon!! I know that Zogman100(Steve & Fredo) live in Omaha as well...I'm excited and hopefully will get to meet some members finally! |

Yeah- I'm hoping we can get some other Iowa & Kansas people too. I'm in Kansas City, Mo and since there isn't too many people around me I thought the next closest place would be Omaha. I hope this works out!
I'm going to throw a date out there to see if it works with anyone else. If not we can go from there: Saturday July 26th. |

Well the 26th is probably the one day I do have something already on my calander. Have a wedding to attend in Souix City that day. |

We love the LSU fans up here! Every year they are in the Series, they seem to be some of the friendliest and fun loving fans of any of the teams.

Well the only date that I can't do it is Juliy 12th~ my daughts birthday party is that afternooon. But other than that, I'm good for any time!!

Oh YES! I just map quested the trip from Kc to Omaha for the meet up. Do you all mind if I bring Blue (my Italian Greyhound) with Liberty & Justice? We could pretend he's a Ratty.  |
