The KOA charges $2.00 per person entry to their facility.  You must also bring a raffle item (dog or human) for the Ratbone Benefit raffle.  Then, you must buy a bunch of raffle tickets so you can win what raffle items you want to win.  We don't charge an entry fee for the events, either.  And, the cookout Friday evening is free.  But, your lunch on Saturday is for sale -- Ratbone is doing it, and all the proceeds benefit them.  It is a fun event.

You will have to pay to go into the KOA campground. I think it is $2 per person but it may be a little more. That covers you for both days. The Jamboree is asking for a "donation" of an item for the raffle from each attendee. Hope you get to come to Jamboree.

Amy, it's a 2 day drive for me in central Texas, but I'm still going. Nothin's stopping me. I've missed it the last two years.

It's about 400 miles from my house to Sweetwater, TN, and I was REALLY hoping that gas prices would go down before the weekend----looks like they are on the rise again, though. Gasoline will be my biggest expense by a long shot.

Yes.    Gas is up to 3.529 here.
