Now that the weather is starting to get nice, I'd love to schedule a NC meetup again. 

I had such a good time at the last one with all the people that made it!

Maybe we can start throwing around some dates and pick a Saturday/Sunday that works well for the majority?  I was thinking sometime in April or May?

We have several NEW North Carolina puppies!  Pixie, Pecca, Indie...!

Aww....our last meetup was on October 20th and we have just been waiting for some nice weather to schedule another one!

You know you can count me in.  May would be better than April for me though. 

May is fine with me.  It will give more time for planning for everyone which will be good, especially if we want to try and have a fairly good sized meet-up like last time...which I'm hoping that we do!

What do you guys think?  I thought about looking for another park but I really liked that we were able to let our dogs play together off leash in the baseball field.  I can't decide.  If we wanted to reserve that picnic area, we could look into that as well.  Or we could try a completely different park.

What's everyone's opinion on location?

Ok, lets try to get a date together then.  Is Saturday or Sunday better?  Probably Saturday I guess?  Maybe May 17th....that's mid-month.

I'll have a better idea after this week because we are in the process of trying to buy a home. We are having all the inspections done this week and if everything is okay with the house then our closing date is going to be May 30th unless it gets moved up...we just aren't sure at this point.  So I'm trying to work the meet-up around that.

I need to start emailing some of our members that live in NC so I can see who all is interested in coming and what day works well for them.

You could always make it a "MOVING PARTY" meetup.   ( a lot of 2 legged and 4 legged helpers! )

I wouldn't count on being able to use the ball field in May- it's prime baseball season.  I think we got away with it last time because it was after ball season.

If we want to go off leash we should probably look for a park with an off-leash area.

I usually work weekends, but I will try to get the day off.

Yeah, you are probably right.  I'd rather not go to a dog park becaues I'm not comfortable letting Bella off leash with other dogs. She doesn't do well with bigger dogs.  She would just be a nervous wreck the entire time...it takes a long time to get her to calm down with just our dogs, haha.  I'll try to do some research of parks in the area.
