Yes, I'm in Temple on I-35 just north of Austin. Actually, Temple is pretty central in the state and right on an interstate. Two hours from Dallas; 3½ from Houston, around 3 from Tyler. Perhaps we could do one here sometime. There's a nice big city park near me, but it has no fenced doggie area. So we'd have to use leashes (can ya tell I don't trust my two off-leash LOL?).
Kacey, you're very central, too. I've never been to Lake Buchanan, but maybe a picnic area there is a possibility, too. |

My Aunt Teri is the Henderson County tax collector. Most of my family is in Athens. My mom and sister are in Forney. I live in Deltona, Fl. I just lost my 16 yr old son, so not sure when I will be traveling any time soon. |

| Angel is still too young to be offleash. There are some beautiful areas/parks around here... Since my father in law is getting older, My husbands parents just sold thier place on the lake, other wise I would suggest the POA Park we had. It was awesome! I would be willing to drive to the temple area, or really just about anywhere! lol. I am heading to Houston tonight to go to the Texas Reniassance Festival with my high school girlfriends. I will defianatly be posting pictures on monday! |

awww.... Bonita that would be so cool to see you out there! That's a long drive to Magnolia for you. Do you dress up? We do...and I can't wait. I just found out my hubby wants to keep Angel at home, So I won't have my road buddy  and she won't get to see all her cousins at my mom's house. |

Bummer!!!! Nibbler and Angel could have played together.
We do dress up, I have so much fun! Since we can't make it this weekend, I'm hoping we can go for the Christmas weekend.
The drive isn't too bad, I think it takes about an hour hour and 1/2. |
