I found/rescued a terrier on Sunday, June 8 in Cleveland area.  I believe he is a rat terrier.  I am not having any luck finding his home.  He is about 1-2 years old, white with tan/lt brown spots and has two small scars on his face. 

He is a very good dog, trained and adorable.
