I know this is hard to hear and I've already contacted three rescues, including Ratbone, but can anyone help these guys? 

There are 8 males and 3 females.  Their toenails were around and inch long and were impounded from a woman who had them in her apartment.  They never went outside.  They appear to be very friendly despite their circumstances.

The website is:  http://animalcare.lacounty.gov/ They are located at the Downey Shelter.  At this point in time, there is only one picture of these babies online.  There is also an adult male Rat Terrier that came in as a stray as well.
