Ratbone Rescues needs a home visit done in: Carrollton KY 41008. Carrollton is located about 50 miles NE of Louisville KY and about 65 miles SW of Cincinnati OH.
 
 
If you live in this area, would you please help us in a very important part of our application process to find the most suitable home and environment for one of our Rattie fosters?
