Rattie's do terrible in shelters because they are people dogs, so the fright of the other dogs leaves them sitting in the corner of the crate scared, alone, sad... next time you visit a shelter try to look for a rattie, and if you find one, IF you can... adopt it, or tell  friends about the shelter, and the cute little rattie might be saved!
