Pumpkin was found at two weeks old. A part of her back leg and her tail had been severed. She was found her in the middle of a busy road, looking for food from a dog that was not her mother, and very near death. After three weeks at the vet hospital she went to her foster home. She is getting along well now at 13 weeks old. She weighs only eight pounds; she will not be very big. She is so smart, and such a happy pup, not fearful, and very well adjusted (especially with such a tough start). She is looking for someone who will appreciate what a special pup she is, rather than being judgmental or fearful of her handicap. Her survival was a miracle, and she will be a little angel to someone special too. She gets along well, but her limb needs to be looked after regularly especially outside. She sometimes tries to "skip" on it. She is a Med Terrier Mix and is crate trained, gives the "paw," knows "sit," is paper trained and a bundle of love. She is good with cats and other dogs.
