I just came across this news story about these three Chi's with only 2 back legs each... it is sooo sad   I just hope they can find a loving home with the right people to take care of them.  They look so sweet!  At least they seem to be in a good loving no kill shelter right now.  They also posted videos of the puppies

OH, poor babies!! Just another reason to have your babies spayed/nuetered! If you don't know what you're doing you should NEVER breed your baby!! Max is the result of BYB, thankfully the mom and dad are NOT related and have been bred three seperate times, but still it could have turned out just as bad.

What sweet babies! From the video it looks like they are going to do so well learning to walk on their hind legs! If "big dog" Faith can do it, it should be a piece of cake for these little ones!

For anyone that hasn't seen the video of Faith... she is just amazing! http://www.youtube.com/?v=ynSF4WwHZP4

Another reason to NOT breed unless you are totally educated and prepared to do the best for the breed...any breed.

Years ago a stable I was at had a litter of kittens born - all with this same deformity. We knew for a fact that a male cat had bred his own daughter and these kittens were the result. Luckily a nice boarder there took them home....they hopped around like little kangaroos.

OMG, they are cute!! You know, being born without their legs, they should adapt well. They'll never have know anything different. Its like a baby being born missing a limb. I hope they find good homes, I wish people weren't so irresponsible!

They are too cute. I hope that they find good homes. I don't doubt that they will.

OK, it's 6:30 in the morning and I'm crying. I think I'm emotional this time of the month (haha), but that video was so cute, I want them! Those poor little things, they have no clue. I hope they have a good life. So sad, but could turn out happy....my fingers are crossed for them.
