Woodinville is located about 25 miles NE of Seattle.

Thanks for your reply and offer.

I did have someone come forward who will do this homevisit tomorrow evening! so Yay!

But more importantly for you and everyone-No you do not have to be signed up with Ratbone to do a homevisit.  Anyone who is part of rat.terrier.com can do a homevisit.  because basically we seek a volunteer who is dog savvy and rat terrier savvy, that is all.  We have a form to "fill in the blanks" for everything else we want to know.  By the time we get to a homevisit the folks have been interviewed at length, their 3 references and their vet have been interviewed and they had spoken at length with the foster parent. So, we just need someone to make sure all is as reported in the interview and notify us if anything 'surprising" comes up, we take it from there.
