We had a bit of a scare last night, and Tiny started having difficulties breathing, but we called Dr. Bart, increased Tiny's lasix, and he did much better. He is at Dr. Wey's right now and was scheduled for surgery at 9:30. Michelle brought Tiny over and spoke with Dr. Wey, and Dr. Wey told her that he was going to call both she and me around noon. I am hoping for the best news!!

I was just wondering if it was OK with everybody - if we collect more $$ than what is required for Tiny's care, if we can use it towards Mystie's cataract surgery, flight fund and heartworm treatment? If you all remember Mystie, she was the 10 year old blind, preggers Momma dumped at a shelter and the owners told the shelter to euthanize her. We pulled her, she was fostered in Texas, she had her babies, and now she's ready to be flown to Caroline down in FL to have surgery to remove her cataracts. And, unfortunately, Mystie also has heartworms and she needs to be treated for that. That poor old girl!! Special needs dogs and older babies really do touch my heart...

Here's a link to Mystie's pix: http://imageevent.com/rattiemom/mystie

Thanks everybody! I will update as soon as I hear from Dr. Wey's office!! I was told he'd call around Noon.

Poor Mystie, I hope they can restore some sight for her. She's one of my favorites, one of these dogs that has just been through so much.

Have been thinking of Tiny....will be watching for an update. He's got a lot of people praying for him!

Sorry to hear Tiny had gave you a fright, but glad he was ok. Am really hoping and praying the surgery is a huge success and he makes a quick recovery and has many, many healthy, great years ahead of him.

Mystie is such a sweetheart. I don't see why anyone would mine any overage from Tiny going to her care.

Keep us posted Sue
