Cody is a sweet little guy who came from the shelter underweight, very dirty and starving for some tender loving care. Cody who is fostering in Fresno, Ca is 16 pounds of solid muscle, completely housetrained, crate trained and good on a leash but needs a little work (sometime car noises scare him). He loves to go for car rides. The vet estimates that he is about 7 years old, which is still very young for a terrier. He is not a puppy but in fact, a very well-mannered calm young man. He is starting to play a little bit with squeaker toys and balls. As he gains more confidence with his living situation, he will really open up and play. Cody loves, loves, loves children. He really comes out of his shell when children are around. Unless there are children around, Cody will just hang out in his crate or outside in the dog house. We believe he should be placed with a family with children that have learned how to treat animals because Cody would really like to have a little girl or boy to hang out with.
