Just a beautiful email that was sent to me about a rattie rescued in LA

This little dog was posted to us from the Manteca shelter with little hope and her time was up, ResQ and Wendy found us a great fosterhome and little Bonnie was pullled and saved...she went to her forever home today.  Here is the photo of the family that adopted her.

Manteca?! That's where my great aunt and uncle live...they're in the middle of orchards (almonds mostly).

I'm glad she was rescued and adopted...looks like she's got a great family. I love a happy ending.

That makes Bonnie an Easter Rattie, sounds a lot better than a stuffed toy or some painted eggs to me.  Thanks for sharing a story with a happy new beginning.  Forever home are about the two best words one could hope to hear.

Yep and she was found in a middle of a field, full of fox tails and stickers all over her.

She is jsut a cuddle bug. It was a very happy ending to what would have been a very sad story. Her time was up 3 days before I even contacted them.  I am a firm believer in "Everything happens for a reason".

Also on a side note I am going to be picking up Bubba this week also, my hubby as no clue we will have a new arrival this week, maybe he won't notice 4 dogs in the house. Ya think???

Bubba!!

Good, I noticed that he's still on Petfinder. I heard he's no longer in danger of being PTS, but since that shelter does PTS, if we free up his space, we'll save a life.

I'm still willing to help with him, but my transport situation has changed.

You could just make sure that only 3 of them are out and around him at a time.  It wouldn't even have to be the same 3 every time.
