I posted about this guy a while back and went down to the humane society to get a picture of him and he had already been adopted. Unfortunatly, it looks like he was brought back.They dont give out much info so im not sure why he was returned. He is such a sweet guy even after being stuck in a cage all day. He is a jumper though, but that was probably because he was so excited to finally be out of there! Im not sure if they will but I volunteer there and I could ask the adoptions manager if it is doable. I could transport him if need be as the humane society is only 3 min. from my house. I just dont know if they would give him to a rescue. They are very picky to who they adopt out to. Which I guess is a good thing but I know they have turned down some really great home due to a communication error.

nd if I remember right the people that origionally adopted him had him for about a montha and a half.

Sometimes screening obviously only gets you so far. I see some of there dogs are in foster homes. I wonder why he isn't? How are the conditions where is he located. Is he spending the majority of his time in cage

They have some fosters but not many people are willing to do it here. I would if I owned my own home and I will when I do. The cages they are in are about the same size as a large crate. They have tons of volunteers that walk the dogs and spend time grooming them and just playing with them. So they are out at leat 2 times a day if not more since potential adopters can take them out too. He was only at the shelter for maybe 3 days before he was adopted last time. They also have an outreach program that takes them to different petcos and petsmarts all over the state. Im really hopeing he will get adopted again soon. I emailed the adoptions coordinator so see if they would let him go to a rescue and Im just waitin gon her response. I will let you know what she says and if it they will I will contact ratbones. I know there are some fosters up in WA and I have family there so I could take him up there if its possible!

YAY! I just got word that he was adopted yesterday!!!! Hopefully this one will be his forever home!
