I was looking at the county website to see if any ratties were there and I found one that I think has a good bit of rattie in him if not all of him. He's 9 years old so because of his age the adoption fee is ONLY $35. Like I've mentioned before I am driving from San Diego to South Dakota next month and could probably transport to meet someone in between.
