Was it fun when a member (who will remain unnamed) came on here and made terrible accuasations against another member? Was it fun when the moderators used to fight and accuse one another? Was it fun when Lance, for the first and only time I remember, had to ban a member? This site has alway had good and bad - happy and sad - and yet it has survived. If anything, I think the site has improved from the early days!

Well, I missed all this commotion yesterday. I knew Janie was trying to help the dog in Utah IF no one out there took her. Hayden was way out of line....best to read over what you type and see how it sounds to others before hitting "submit". This is why I'm not as much though...I've been trying to stick it out but there are some newer members who just seem to want to cause "debates". And it's not because there are a ring of older members because that ring has been added to over time....to join you just have to use some sense! Anyway, Janie - please try to come back if you can, if not then I understand. We'll be in touch via email and phone!

Oh, I give up and I'll join the rest --- yep, it was a blast when the moderators fought with one another, and I laughed really hard when an old member had to be banned for false accusations, and I rolled in the floor laughing when I was condemned to hell and, oh what a hoot it was when that big break took place. Yep, those were the days. Wow, I don't know if I could stand that much fun today -- guess I'm glad it's not as much fun anymore. Sorry for my sarcasm -- buy some of y'all have very selective memory. Hee hee

I LOVE THAT SONG!!! I have home videos of myself on our swingset singing that to the TOP OF MY LUNGS...its hilarious...im straining so bad and so serious about it...LOL cracking up just thinking about that video!! I love you guys and I am 100% willing to take the downs just to have the privelidge of the UPS! on this site!!

Well, I normally stay out of "stuff", but I would like to add -please don't judge all newcomers as controversial. And, give some of us a chance. I am still a newcomer (joined in early December). I was first attracted to this site because it seemed like a very friendly rattie oriented place. I love to see how the members jump in and truly care about their dogs and others who need a home. That's what dog "ownership" and rescue is all about, even if it takes flying one across the country to save the poor little critter from being put in a shelter. And, I like how this place will jump in and help monetarily when someone truly needs it, like with the Ratbone Rescue fund. I myself can offer cash to such, moreso than be a foster mom. I would love to foster and adopt myself, but I'm at my critter limit and with my work scedule and battling RA it would be hard to swing. (I could help with transport in my state if ever need though). Anyway, my point is, that I started out really excited about this place, but have been avoiding it lately because I hate seeing controversy, especially when people are just trying to help. I had hoped that I could feel at home here and part of the family, but now I'm not so sure.

I'M A NEWBE AND I LOVE THIS SITE. I'M NOT GOING ANY WHERE. PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS HAVE DISAGREEMENTS, BUT SOME DO OVERSTEP THEMSELVES SOMETIMES. THERES ALWAYS SOMEONE WHO LOVES TO STIR THE POT. I STILL LOVE THIS SITE AND THE PEOPLE ON HERE ARE THE MOST CARING, UNDERSTANDING, AND HELPFUL. I HAD SO MUCH ADVISE ON KENYA AND IT REALLY HELP. SHES EVEN GOES OUTSIDE NOW WITHOUT HIDING. I JUST WANT TO THANK EVERYONE WHO OFFERED ME ADVISE AND SUPPORT.THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL AND I WANTED TO THANK YOU ALL.
