thanks again for volunteering to do that home visit! and now for sending in a donation!

I was hoping that we could keep this going at least until the end of March. It has only been on the site for a few days and I know there are snail mail donations still coming in and others have contacted me about donating at a later date, wanting to know when this will end. I would like for everyone to have a chance to become aware of our fundraiser. We are doing fantastic and the response has been so overwhelming. The generosity of so many rattie lovers has brought tears to my eyes. While snail mail is slower than paypal I can understand why some do not want to use that and wanted this means available to them.

Tracey(momto3) and I have spoken about another fund raiser for the rattie rescue she assists at in Canada. Possibly in the next few months we're not sure of anything at this time.

I would like to Thank EVERYONE here for making all of this possible. I know I couldn't do all of this without each and every one of you. Your support is appreciated. All of the kind comments everyone has made to me has touched my heart. I do not have an income "per se" and this is all I could think of to help when Tracey(momto3) posted the idea. I love both of my ratties so much, I can't even imagine a life without them in it. All of you have kept my spirits up through Ratty's surgery and waited with me through Cameo's adoption process. You all have been part of Cameo's life from the time we brought her home. In fact without this site we wouldn't have this little bundle of joy in our lives. Doing this for this wonderful place that loves these little critters as much as I do, well, I am just glad I could give something back to YOU and to Ratbone Rescues.

Holy cow!!!  Think we can make it to $600???  That would be so AWESOME!!!!  Great job everyone - I can't believe the generosity of our members!

Donations were made today for Buddy the pup we were trying to help get the surgery he needs. However it is now stated that she no longer needs help for Buddy. Two of our members made donations for him to my paypal account for the Ratbones donations and have asked me to just leave it for Ratbone Rescues.

Thanks to these wonderful people on this site for trying to help this little dog. Now our balance is:

Rattagan's Mom -- I'm on the site a lot but don't post much. However, I couldn't let your post go without responding. You are a vital member of this site. I'm not sure what happened to make you want to leave, but I hope you stay. You always give great insight (even when it's tough for people to hear). Plus, I love watching the updates about Ratty and Cameo. So, I hope you stay.
