He is a cutie. Um...Bob makes me spend time with him, so I don't really understand his former owner's problem. Bob is my shadow, so no matter what I'm doing around the house, he's keeping me company.

I'd love to get another one. We have vet service, can afford plenty of food, would give really good care but I simply can't afford all the fees that they put in place. If anyone knows of a rattie, or a rattie mix in need of a caring home with plenty of love and affection for the animal, our family would be interested. Shiloh would adore having a brother or sister and Johnny desperately wants one to care for, at age 12 I think he's responsible enough and he has me for back up as well when he's in school.

If you want the best seat in the house ... move the dog!

I don't get people who send a dog to a shelter because "they don't have enough time"....would they do that to their kids? Now, if they really feel that way and find another good home for the dog, that's fine. But to just dump him......do these people have hearts?

I've never understood the logic of some folks who give up their pets. Thankfully, Operation Kindness is no-kill.
