Tried to reply and couldn't sorry for opening another topic, but thanks for those of you who replied to me. I want to learn more about the breed. I've been chatting with the adoption place he is at for a couple weeks now, asking questions etc. I'm going to meet him on Monday, very excited. I plan to bring along a piece of clothing I've worn, maybe a sock to leave with him until I can pick him up. I'm taking him treats too (S) 

I have a convention to attend the 5th and then I'll be picking him up after that as soon as I can. I never go anywhere, but naturally since I want to get him asap, this convention came up. I wouldn't go, but I'm one of the speakers so have to be there and don't want to get him, then drag him all over right away. Want it quiet and private so we can get to know each other.
