Mr MB is not falling for it just yet - but he did not say NO either - I just need more time.
I got email from the rescue and I have been preapproved because I filled out an application over the summer when I was looking for my first rattie - they just took well over a month to ever respond, so I kep on looking and got my Egypt instead. This time, I don't have to wait for them to contact references, etc. and they wanted to come for a home visit TOMORROW!
I told them I needed another week to work on Mr MB, plus, with the holidays looming, tomorrow would have been really hard - but maybe I will start the new year with a new rattie... |
