I am so sorry but my husband was about to have my head if everyone did not get food ASAP!!! LOL And the dogs were all whining because they were hungry too.
When I got to the shelter NO BODY WAS THERE!!!! I was OMG now what. So I sat in the parking lot and waited, I was going to wait until 5:00 which was closing time. Well at 20 minutes to 5:00 they finally showed up. So I showed them the picture/info from this posting and she knew exactly who he was and went get him. When she brought him into the office he was just a ball of energy and running all over. LOL He was bigger than I was expecting but I kept verifying that it was him for sure and it was him. He has the prettiest face and is so soft. His colors are pretty too. He has no name so I have just been calling him sweet baby. LOL
Now for the not so great news, he is growling at my dogs and I don't feel like I can mix them so I still have him in his pet taxi. Now that my babies are feed I will put them in their crates and take sweet baby out. He needs a bath so we will do that first and then I will take some pictures.
Bonita... ask anything you want.
Nora... I so understand what you went through with Shannon in that now I have him, I sure pray that she likes him. |

| They said he was good but I have now narrowed it down to just Busta. They are both males and that seems to be the problem area. He seems to be excepting Molly faster. |

| I think this could definitely be part of the issue...both unneutered and coming from stressful situations, as well, probably has a lot to do with it. |

| It will probably help some that Busta has only been there one day and hasn't probably full developed a "this is my turf" attitude. Most dogs don't have issues with very young pups as they don't have hormones yet - LOL and are no perceived threat. |

| Absolutely totally second what Ashley just said, Donna. You're a heck of a lady to drop everything and run to a shelter and save a dog from certain death for somebody else (sounds so much like Nora and Shannon's story does it not?) I am very lucky to "know" you people ... I really mean it. |

I will get to find this out shortly. LOL The lady told me she did not know but she did say that he was not leash trained but she had been working with him and was making progress. When I was leaving as I was walking him to my car to put him in the pet taxi he did ok until I got to my car, then he was fighting me a little. Not bad, I was able to get control and settle him down. Then the lady and I had a hard time getting him into his pet taxi. He is so very stressed and you could tell. He cried in the car until about half way back then he slept. He has been quiet since with the exception of Busta going to check him out.
I am now going to lock Busta and Molly up and take him out for his bath and then will see how it goes from there. That is when I will take my pictures.
