My husband brought home a TINY puppy saturday. He dropped a friend off at home, and there was this TINY baby running around, and it started harassing my husband. He picked it up, and it was covered in fleas, and it was bony and skinny, and he asked the guy if they took it in the house at night when it froze. The guy told him 'NO, You take the dog, I don't want, kids brought it home.' The guy doesn't speak very good english, but it was clear he wanted the baby gone. My husband felt so sorry for it, he brought it home. The guy told him it's a rat terrier chi mix. You guys will not believe how TINY this thing is! Smaller then Angel when we brought her home. She is just tiny. I can't get over it. She has to be 7-8 weeks old, cuz she gets around great, and is full of attitude. Angel is pretty jealous, but she is playing with the baby now. I guess we're gonna keep her because we named her Mia. We're going to the vet tomorrow to get checked out and shots.
I don't have any good pictures, but I will be uploading a video later on.
Here is the only half decent one I have because ya'll HAVE to see this tiny baby.

OMG!!!! What is wrong with the people just leaving these little guys outside with no shelter or care???? I'm so glad your husband is an obviously kind soul who recognizes that this baby needed a home. Congratulations on the new addition!!  I hope everything checks out ok at the vet. |

| I am uploading video of her and Angel playing. She is so tiny she would grab a toy, and Angel would grab it, and swing Mia around with the toy. I was laughing so hard, they crack me up. You guys realize how small Angel is, and when you see Mia next to her, you'll freak at how tiny this baby is. And sahe doesn't let Angel get over on her either! She stands up to her and fights back. |

| Kacie -- GEE WHIZ how cute! I swear the older I get the less tolerance I have for people who just dump puppies off... or take them to kill shelters because they don't have time for them. I'm SO thrilled you ended up with this little Mia ... wow... she does look itsy bitsy!! |

| Donna, they're wasn't anymore puppies on the property, and from i understand the puppy was given to the guy's kid, without the parent's permission. Who gives a kid a puppy? |

Hmm. maybe the kid just took it, or maybe you should ask the kid if there were anymore, and where it came from...the kid is probably mad that the dad gave it away tho..

| I don't know. I didn't talk to him, and it was the first time my husband had been over the the guy's house. I'm just glad he brough Mia home. At first I kinda didn't like her, cuz she looks more Chi then anything and was upset that he didn't talk to me about her, but she is really cute and sweet and wormed her way into my heart. |
