Lucy's tummy gets so skinny when she's hungry. And after she eats it looks like she's swallowed a grapefruit whole. Right now, empty. We are on a food schedule 11am and 7pm feedings only.

Just like a really skinny person. Mine aren't that skinny so there's not such a drastic difference (they're stockier, short-legged).

Yup Nibbler is the same way. But he goes on hunger strikes for a day. Then eats like he's been starved the next two... yeah he's weird.
