Joleigh never has been much to sit and watch TV.  But for some reason she LOVES the tv show Roseanne.  If she heards the theme song, she comes RUNNING and hops up on the couch to watch the episode.  I always thought if she ever liked TV it would be a show with animals...

Any of your ratties have a "show"?

Fred will come running to Cheeseburger in Paradise!! LOL

Both Fred and Alice really only react to the TV when there is animal sounds. They do the head tilt and just stare at it. It's quite funny!!

My ratties dont seem to have a theme song, but I laughed so hard yesterday at Bo---I had taken the 3 dogs with me to pick my son up at his part time job when he got off work (they love to go for a ride), and we later drove through the drive-up lane at Wendy's for a burger....the lady at the speaker box said "Welcome to Wendy's, could I interest you in a comBO?"  Well, Bo heard his name, and he perked his ears up at straight as he could, jerked his head around backwards and cocked it sideways to look at that speaker thing as if to say "Who called my name???"

These guys listen a lot closer to stuff than we think they do!

Paul,  that is such a bust!! I know exactly what you mean!!  The Cialis commercial, whenever it's on Alice will come running in like "whose calling me??". Ohhhhh, if she only knew what it was for

Marley comes running when he hears the theme from Mission Impossible.  He is not really interested in any other TV shows except for MI.

The only thing I can think of right now is that my dad has an electric wheelchair that makes a beeping noise when he turns it on. The dogs could be sound asleep, but when they hear that beeping, they RUN to my dad because there's a pretty good chance that he's going outside and they need to "help" him.
