My son just called me at work to tell me that Minerva has successfully caught (and ugh, killed) her very own mouse this afternoon ... and proudly presented it to us on the back door landing ... what a good, good girl ... bet she's gonna wanna kiss me when I get home (bleah!!!) ...

She's gotten frogs and snakes before (nothing like thinking she has a stick and then seeing it 'wiggle', YIKES) ...

Good girl Minnie! They get so proud of themselves when they catch something, don't they? A few weeks ago, Molly caught a gopher and left it by my car (driver's) door for me to find the next morning...

Next come the gophers, moles, bunnies, snakes...
