Ginger does this all the time. She will just fall asleep on her back with her front legs extended as far as they will go. Her legs become as stiff as a board, you cannot bend them until she wakes up.

My Rockstar sleeps with his arms and legs stiff as a board. He looks like he is getting ready to dive into a pool.
And his favorite place to sleep is in between my husband and me. If anyone is going to get any attention or snuggles it is going to be him! |

| Our Sammy is the same way,we call it rat-a-mortis. Were so lucky we found him at the pound. He was a hellion at first but they required neutering and now he is better behaved. We never have to cage him if we leave him alone as I have noticed alot of you do.He is a well behaved gentleman while we are out. He has never caused damage though his lab brother did as a pup. |
