sometimes Alice gets running so fast and she will do this gracefull little leap mid run like a dear or gazelle. It is so darn cute especially when she does it back and forth. She is so damn fast though it's amazing, sometimes I dont know how Fred catches her!!

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too

Lucy is a leaper, too, only she doesn't confine to OUTDOORS---she will leap from chair to couch to footstool to other chair---it's like a game to her.

Mayfly's a jumper too - she takes off from the bed like she's trying to fly!

Button does the gazelle leap, too. We just love to see her do that. Mostly she does it when she has caught the scent of a squirrel overhead. Zipper doesn't do the gazelle thing.

Hendryx is also a leaper. Our late dog had short legs and barely made it up on the bed. Hendryx makes it from the door to the bedroom in one shot. I will try to get a picture of one of his leaps when I get back home.

His name is Hendryx! He's a rat terrier! OK!

Oreo leaps and hops all over the yard chasing birds, butterflies, or whatever might get her attention(doesn't take much). She is a quick little girl!

Casey in half gazelle....he leaps, and frolics, and bounds, and prounces, and glides, and sprints. So much fun to watch in tall grass.  He will mimic the goat that lives next to us.

You have two hands, you might as well have two ratties....right?
