Just got home from Target and got Izzy a new toy. Its a Halloween cat, thats a ball, rope toy and plushy/squeaker all in one - so i figured at least the ball and rope will last.

Well, within minutes he had ripped the cats head off  Next came the tail. No more squeakers.

He has been on a destuffing spree all of a sudden, and only has one plush toy left...

Molly is the destroyer of toys. Whenever they get that way, I end up giving them a bully stick...I think they just get in "chew mode" and need an appropriiate toy. Maybe they just want a bully stick?

You're probaly right, I'm sure he does want a bully stick lol
It seems like he becomes obsessed with the toy and just NEEDS to destroy it!

Sassie was just like that. Her main goal was to rip that squeaker out asap!!! Within minutes it was out, no more squeaking and she would walk away like her job was done! LOL

Hendryx is definitely a "go for the squeeker" guy. The little furry "hedgehogs" that our late dog Clyde would play with for months last minutes with Hendryx. We have had mixed luck with AKC squeeky toys. The bizarre thing is that Hendryx will play with the squeeker thingies that he rips out of the toys. He hides them and then whips them out and starts tossing them around (usually when we're trying to get to sleep). He also tries to get us to play tug-of-war with them and whiines if we don't go along with it.

His name is Hendryx! He's a rat terrier! OK!

That's Nibbler, he even unstuffs it for us to throw away. I guess the good thing is that he still like the carcass afterwards lol

Yes. Hendryx saves the carcass to take on the bed to avoid going to sleep. He figures that he can do a better tug-of-war with an empty shell of a stuffed animal because he can sink his teeth into it.

When ever Poncho comes over, I have to put all of Angel's stuffed toys up, or he will have the stuffing pulled out in minutes. Angel loves the squeaker, and she will chew on it through the toy until it dies. She has discovered the teeny tiny hole in the feather pillow though, and our main goals right now, is to keep her away from that pillow. Other wise she pulls out one feather at a time.
