If I pretend to "growl" at Max and he immediatly puts his nose in my neck or rolls over, does that mean I actually did something right by showing him that I am the alpha?????????

yeah, maybe that's why Kevin and the boys have spent most of the last few evenings outside in the barnes...I've been growling too much!!!
