How old is he?  What breeds are your other dogs?  Just trying to determine if he's in danger from them or if they're other small breeds they might just be letting him know to back off.

You don't have unspayed females, do you?  I would definitely get him neutered ASAP but also keep in mind that humping can be an assertion of dominance and not just a sexual thing.

Murphy tried to hump Daisy the first time they met, even though he was only 10 weeks old.  She set him strait that she's not that kind of a girl and it's been OK ever since.  He was neutered as soon as he was 6 months old, and I think a little piece fo my sould died that day, but better that he just not know what he's missing out on.

I don't know a better answer than to just knock 'em off quick and keep 'em apart until you do.

...and yes, that hurt me to say it.
