I just checked the trainers website and the class we want begins on Thursday. I emailed her our regristration and now am just awaiting a comfirmation and amount owed. I am so glad I checked her site. I was planning on going out of town on Wednesday, but I guess I will just leave friday instead for a mothers day visit. So I guess this week we will be getting her prepared and buying special training treats. Any suggestions on preparation and/or training treats?

Hi Colleen !! Congrats on starting your agility class!
I use mostly the stringed cheese, cut into itsy bitsy bites and put them in a ziplock bag. You'll need to make sure you have pockets, or buy a treat bag to go around your waist to put the treats in! You can also use hotdogs, cut up into itsy bitsy bites...

| Just heard back from the trainer. The first class got bumped to next week. Which is actually perfect because now I can go back home on Wednesday as planned for mothers day. This gives me time to go to petsmart and look for some things for her to get ready. |

| My mom has decided to join us with Noonan in her agility class. They are going to be staying with us every Wednesday night and leave Thursday after class for the next 8 weeks. It will be fun for both dogs to maybe pick up on some new skills. |

| It does sound like fun, I wish there was something closer here. As it is I found out I have to work it myself w/o a trainer and that isn't as much fun. |

Liam just started is class for Agility today. It was raining, so they brought some of the things inside. He had a blast. His eyes were sparkling and he looked like he was smiling. I think this is one of the best things I have done for him. Good luck to you with your class

| That is great. Glad to hear he is very happy and really enjoying himself. Definitely keep us up to date on how your classes are going. I can't wait to start on Thursday. Can't wait to hear how it's going. I'm sure that I will be sharing stories of Lucy's adventures in agility. |
