Potty training is going well, for the most part. I take Corona out often, and if she has to pee and I don't notice she DOES go on the puppy pad. HOWEVER probably about once a day sometimes twice... I notice poop behind the couch. Like I said, I do take her out often AND she pees on the puppy pads if she has to, but why doesn't she poop on them? It's annoying, but she is doing fairly well now

Glad she's doing fairly well. The real key to this problem will be keeping her in eyesight AT ALL TIMES! Crate her if you can't. If you see her searching a spot or circling, get her outside. I think using outside method and potty pads may be confusing IMO. I also found it helpful to feed on a schedule and make a note of "poop time" LOL so you'll have a fairly good idea of her schedule.

Just went out... she went pee... stayed out for like 10 more minutes, and nothing. So we come in, play a little, I go in the bathroom, and come out to find her pooping behind the couch... UGH I dont know what else to do...

ooooh. Tough one. I had a hard time with Jack doing that in my daughters bedroom. Took us forever to get him trained. He would do it at night because he would sleep with her. He'd get up in the middle of the night and do it. It became a habit so now he sleeps in our utility room. I put Lacey in there with him so he won't cry. I made them up a nice big soft bed and he hasn't pooped in the house since. During the day I close the door so he cant get in there. That was the only place he would go. I don't know why.... If you can make it so she cant get back there, and watch her so she doesnt go to a new place. Once they find a spot to go it's hard to break them of it.

Play = Potty.  After playing you have to take them out as they will need to go.  If you have to go out of eyesight, bring her with you or crate her.  Unless you watch her at all times she will continue it.  Consistancy is key and she will catch on.  Food, napping, playing.  Take her out after all these, she should go.  If she doesn't either crate for 15 and try again or DO NOT take your eyes off of her but try again soon.

Yes, like I said above, and Sarah pointed out, it's CRITICAL that you watch her at all times and if you can't, she must go in her crate. Use a light cord or leash to keep her physically with you if necessary. Also at this age, I wouldn't use outside for any playtime at all. ONLY for potty purposes until she full catches on that pottying happens outside. There'll be time enough for playing / exercise later.
