I have a 6month old female rattie. I have been seeing that she likes males more than females [people] she will come when my father calls her but if i call her she will hide behind him. My dad has always been good with dogs and most all dogs love him. But dogs seemed to like me to.

I have another rat terrier a male and he is so friendly and loves to give kisses and wants to be held and played with.

Is there anything i can do so she will come to my commands without giving her treats everytime? She is very small for 6months.

Please help. I want her to trust me and i feel like my own dog doesnt like me

I have had her since she was 6 weeks old. I do all the feeding and walking and treat giving and teaching her how to sit and lay down. BUT she just wont come to me. she seems scared. But my dad will call her and go right to him.

It's hard to really give a good response without actually seeing you two together. Dogs read US, our expressions, body language, etc. Your dad may be more relaxed and someone she's more comfortable with than you. I think it's probably normal for a dog to prefer one person over another.
She needs to associate you with good things so giving treats isn't a bad thing for now. There's a great thread about teaching recall. I know she does this with your dad but maybe you should train this as if she doesn't know it yet. Nora is on and hopefully will see this and comment. Good luck!
