She's always been good with people but scared of small children - because too many of them have come running up squealing and grabbing at her.  But last night our neighbor next door brought her grandson out to see the dogs (he's about 2 and loves to watch the dogs playing).  Well, he really wanted to pet one so I lifted Mitzy up and his grandmother held him up so he could reach Mitzy across the fence.  We were showing him how to be very gentle with her and he was!  He reached out and touched her a few times and then petted her.  She was very relaxed, just curious and sniffing him.  She was such a GOOD GIRL!  She didn't even get scared when he got so excited he squealed a little!
