We have been hoping that Bunny would grow out of car sickness but she just is not.   Poor kid she is so happy to go in the car but soon she just lays with her head between her feet - ears out to the side and eventually pukes.  My vet said he could prescribe her something but I'd have the same results if I just gave her OTC Dramamine (sp?)

I was just wondering if anybody had tried Dramamine and what results you got?  I would prefer to give her this than a sedative..

years ago we had a doggie with same problem the over the counter stuff worked great.  we eventually weaned him off it.  it seemed to be better if he got to ride shot gun than in the back seat.  us kids never thought that was quite fair that the dog got to ride up front and we did not

I have not had personal experience with this, but I know one member on here Dan who has Hendryx has mentioned their issues with Hendryx and car sickness.....hopefully he'll see this thread and respond to you.
