I know there has been some discussion on this topic already but how long or at what age is too long?  Izzy is 9 months old now and as far as i know has not gone into heat yet?  Did she maybe already go into heat before i got her?  She has not shown any sign of being in heat yet.  Which i'm happy about i don't want her going into heat as we are getting her spayed next month.  But i am a little concerned if she still has not yet gone into heat?  HUM?

I wouldn't worry about it being late...9 months isn't that late.  I think Mayfly was 8 or 9 months old when she had her first heat.
