My poor foster boy, Matters, seems to have ratllergies to something.  He is on a grain free kibble but has had a couple of other treats here and there.  And the mosquitos are crazy bad out this year.  I'm not sure what is bugging him but he has scratches on his tummy and a bit of a rash.  I gave him some benedryl and will cut off all but his kibble for a few days but I wonder what is bugging him.

Has anyone had ratties with reactions to mosquito bites?  I can't tell if that is the problem, I'm just trying to think of what possible allergens may be affecting him.  Poor itchy boy.

I just realized he had his DHPP (no lepto) on Friday. I wonder if that can make them itchy.

Also, Mayfly is allergic to gnats and grass pollen so if our grass is too high in the backyard she starts itching or if the gnats are bad she will itch. Poor baby is just prone to allergies.

I kinda wondered if the grass might be the problem. He doesn't like it. He only goes on the grass to do his business then right back up to the patio.
