Annie has very little hair under her neck. does anyone know of a soft collar we could try? It has to be very soft. Thanks

I would maybe suggest using a harness, Puppia has some that seem to work well with ratties who have sensitive skin. Hope that helps.

Yep, for walking her a puppia harness is good...they even make some like little vests. For a regular collar indoors or not when going for a walk I've heard that the rolled leather collars rub the fur off less.
