Sometimes when Julia is just standing there I will notice her front leg (ususally her left leg) will start shaking. I can't explain it...like it will just get all wobblely (spelling?). I was just wondering if anyone else's rattie did this too and if so what does it mean if anything.

Oh, could be. I don't know...I'll have to notice what is going on at the time when I see her leg doing that.

I noticed this leg shaking in our TFT when she got older.  I used to call it Puppy Parkinson's because she reminded me of my MIL who has Parkinson's.  I wondered if it was age related.  How old is your dog?

Fred and Alice dont have shakey legs but I do notice when they are just standing or even sometimes when they run they lift on of their back legs up and just use the other three.

Maybe your rattie got the Jimmy Leggs!! LOL

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too

Buddy did that all the time, from when he was young. People would ask me if he was scared, but that was just the way he was...his legs would tremble mostly when he was sitting down. I've noticed Molly doing it too once in awhile, mostly when she's either sitting or laying down. I don't think it's something that they "control" to get attention or whatever...but I don't know the cause of it, though.

It could just be spasming of the nerves and muscles in the leg. My legs do that sometimes, I've never seen Ratty or Cameo do it though.
