Looking for ways to drain energy - I've got them so they are pretty good on leash, so I borrowed my sister's mountain bike. We went around my neighborhood for about 20 minutes. I went pretty fast on the straight stretches - they were running right next to me! What fun - need lots of practice before we leave the 'hood. We will probably stick to low traffic neighborhoods with high visibility, but it is a nice 2nd quick workout at dusk... |

| Cool! I'm going to get a springer for the side of my bike so I can exercise Remy. And get a basket for Teddy. |

| The springers are cool. I have a friend that is giving me one. I don't own a bike, so I am looking for a good used one now. My lab tries to anticipate where I am going and it can be a little scary! the springer will keep him in a good position. My friend said that he had trouble with the quick release releasing arbitrarily so he doesn't use it. |

| I think it will be the best exercise for Remmy and for building his endurace for when he starts tracking. Teddy would get too tired so I want to get a basket or a tow behind trailer like they have for kids. Then when remmy gets tired he can ride in there too. |

Seems like a good way to get some exercise! I could never do it with just one dog, though. I've wanted to try roller skating with Sam, but we live in a very hilly part of the state. |

We need videos of this! Or at least pictures. There was a guy jogging with his Jack Russell past the library where I work yesterday. He could barely keep up with the dog. |
