with Geigh. She got into something outside and have a severe allergic reaction. Snout was very swollen, broke out in hives and red bumps.

She got two shots and the vet suggested we get her the allergy skin tests because this is the third time we have been there for an allergic reaction.

He also said the she needed to lose a few pounds. UGH!!! She weighs 11.6 pounds. He said she should not weigh more than ten.

Poor baby, that was no fun. Sounds like Mayfly the first time she was bitten by fire ants...she had a bite on her lip and a bad allergic reaction.

Poor Geigh! Glad you got her tended to. All that and the vet says she needs to loose weight! That's adding insult to injury. I got into fire ants at church today. I'm not allergic. Thank God, but them dang things HURT!

You're not kidding there! When I first moved down south to Atlanta I walked out on our back porch in bare feet once.  All of a sudden my feet were on fire!   Horrible little creatures those ants are.

BTW, Savanna was up to 12.7 pounds, she HAD to lose weight. She is back to 9.3 as of last week. She was getting too many treats!
