DECISION:
I decided to transition them to Innova EVO RM (red meat) small bites. This is a grain free foos and seems to be pretty high quality.

Mary, I hope they like it (Innova small bites) Sassie won't even go near the dish I even tried half and half or better yet a couple of the kibbles she picks them out and puts them in a neat pile next to her dish...

LOL Mari! Well my dogs eat ANYTHING. I am not going to have to leave it up to their tastebuds cause they would wat cardboard if thats what I fed them. LOL...I am going to just pay close attention to their coats, skin, bowels, etc...Hope it works for us!

Great food Mary. Keep us posted on how Toa does. Remember you may have to decrease the amount to keep the weight down. The all meat, prainless type foods have higher protein and fat which can add weight to some.

Yes, I am sorry Amy, I never answered your question seriously...well, the soft ice cream thing is serious..but what I also want to tell you is that I was only feeding Trixi 1 cup per day of the food, AND i never had her on wee bits alone...I mixed it half and half with another solid gold flavor.

No, you did answer. Soft serve PB ice cream was it. I do want to stick with Solid Gold. The feeding reccomendations on the two brands are so different. I don't know how to adjust the amount while I am transitioning her. I think I will try backing off a bit on the total amount of the two combined. See what that does. Larry said it seemed a little firmer this morning. I wasn't interested enough to go out and look. Mary...I love your new avatar.
